Vinegar, Lemon and Lime Juice, Salt, Pepper, Seasonings without MSG, Herbs, Garlic, Onion, Apple Cider Vinegar, Balsamic Vinegar.
Grapefruit, Blueberries, Strawberries, Apples, Blackberries, Wolfberries (not dried).
Artichoke, Artichoke hearts, Asparagus, Bamboo shoots, Beans (green, wax, Italian), Bean sprouts, Beets, Brussels sprouts, Broccoli, Cabbage (green, bok choy, Chinese), Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Chayote, Coleslaw (packaged, no dressing), Cucumber, Daikon, Eggplant, Greens (collard, kale, mustard, turnip), Hearts of palm, Jicama, Kohlrabi Leeks, Mushrooms, Okra, Onions, Pea pods, Peppers, Radishes, Rutabaga Salad greens (chicory, endive, escarole, lettuce, romaine, spinach, arugula, radicchio, watercress), Sprouts, Some Squash in moderation (cushaw, summer, crookneck, spaghetti, zucchini) Sugar snap peas, Swiss chard, Tomato, Turnips, Water chestnuts, Yard-long beans.

~ Olive Oil: You are allowed 1-2 teaspoons a day of olive oil for cooking and salads.
~ You are also allowed carrier oil in your essential oil caps if you are on an oil regimen, and also a 1 second spray of olive oil when cooking in a pan

Questionable Food Items:
These are the foods that are questioned the most. They are NOT allowed.
Fatty Fish (once per week is fine)
Crackers, Chips, Cookies, Breads
Beans, Legumes, Grains
No artificial sugar substitutes.
Limit each meal to under 11 grams (total for the day should be no more than 40 grams)
Dairy Substitutes or Dairy Items other than Greek style yogurt
Butter of any kind
