THE SLIQUE 60 DAY CHALLENGE
The Slique in 60 challenge is popular and effective! Here is what I always recommend to support this challenge:
• Walk for 30 minutes per day at least 5 days a week.
• Swap one or two meals with the Slique shake mix.
• Make healthy choices with your other meals.
• Drink NingXia Red every morning (mix it in with your shake for extra flavor!)
• Continue to take your normal supplements.
• Commit to drinking 80-100 ounces of water per day. A better amount would be half your body weight plus 20. So that means if you weigh 200 lbs you should be drinking right around a gallon per day. If you are 180 lbs you would drink 100-110 ounces per day. This will help you feel better and more full but will also help flush the toxins from your body.

Measurable: Determine how you will measure your goal. You can track how often you exercise in a week, how many minutes per workout, or how many miles you run in a week.

Realistic: Make sure that your goal is attainable. Set goals that you can keep, like exercising 30 minutes a day rather than 2 hours per day.
Timeframe: Establish a specific time in which you plan to accomplish your goal. You can create benchmarks for daily, weekly, and monthly goals, adjusting along the way as needed.
