SNACK IDEAS

You may have 2-4 of these snacks a day. For fruit items and yogurt please limit it to a maximum of 2.

Choose one of the following:

~ Strawberry Chocolate Vega or Slique Shake (Mix with water, and frozen berries. For a more creamy shake put in 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt or a 1/4 avocado.) Watch the video HERE and please use water instead of almond milk while on the Endo180.

~ 1-2 Hard Boiled Eggs

~ 1 Apple

~ Carrot Sticks

~ Small (or large) salad

~ Cold chicken breast (pre-prepared grilled with salt and pepper) Oddly eating a piece of cold chicken breast by itself can be pretty satisfying.

~ One single serve Fage Total 0% Greek yogurt plain or topped with 1/4 cup fresh cut up strawberries or fresh blueberries.

~ Fresh Turkey Breast (choose only all natural-hormone free nitrate-free lunch meats.)

~ There are some Keto diet snack bars that are approved for this diet. They are high in fat so consider that in your total fat content for the day. The goal is to stay under 40 grams of fat. The bar I like is the Grain Free Granola Bar (Cinnamon Almond) by Autumn’s Gold.
